Reach out to us to schedule an initial consultation. We can provide you with a basic package of services; however, we like to customize our services to each event | or client.

2. Consultation

We can do a Zoom or meet in person. We’ll go over details about your event, including the date, location, and specific service needs. This contact serves as a foundation for understanding and tailoring our offerings to create a personalized and memorable event experience.

3. DEPOSIT

“Deposit” involves securing the event date and services with a deposit. This commitment allows us to allocate resources and staff, ensuring that we deliver the highest quality service tailored to the event’s unique requirements.

4. Execution

“Execution” is the phase where meticulous planning comes to life. Our team arrives at the event venue, fully prepared and briefed, to deliver exceptional service in bartending, photobooth operation, and waitstaff roles. This step embodies our commitment to excellence.

Absolutely! Our packages are designed to allow you to add a-la-carte items that make your event your own.

Yes, but please be mindful that most services need to be coordinated. We will try to accommodate you in all aspects.

Immediately in order to secure your date. The security deposit is equal to one-half of the total amount. Example: If your event is $2500, then your deposit is$1250. Deposits are refundable within 3 days minus the administrative fee.

Final payment must be made 21 days prior to the scheduled event date.

Initial consultation can be either a phone or Zoom meeting. An initial on-site meeting does require a travel booking fee.

While we do not have our own location, we do partner with several event facilities to provide you with a fantastic experience. We can coordinate the rental aspect for you as well.
